Training
Both Fire and Ambulance personnel meet regularly for training. Fire members meet Wednesday night at 7PM while Ambulance members meet Sunday nights at 7PM. Additional classes are also scheduled regularly and typically made available to surrounding departments as well as DFA members.

UPCOMING CLASSES Date: August 10, 2011 Location: Dallas Fire & Ambulance Time: 1830 to 2130 The Dallas Fire & Ambulance will be hosting a special education program on August 10th at 1830 hours. The program is “Suspected Child Abuse & Neglect” (SCAN) – An EMS Educational Program sponsored by Luzerne County Children and Youth. This program is designed to help EMS providers recognize, understand, and report suspected child abuse or neglect cases to the proper authorities. This course is being offered free of charge and CE credits will be issued. Please confirm attendance by signing up in the EMS office or by e-mail csgood@dallasfa.com.
